We’re thrilled to welcome you to the historic Holly Theatre in downtown Medford, Oregon! Whether you're here for a live performance, film, or special event, we want your visit to be enjoyable. Below are a few pointers.

Getting Here

The Holly Theatre is conveniently located in the heart of Medford, making it easy to access from various transportation options.

Public Transportation & Biking
  • Public Transit: Local bus routes https://rvtd.org/maps-schedules/ conveniently stop near the theatre.

  • Rideshare: If you're using services like Uber or Lyft, the theatre is easily accessible.

  • Biking: We have a 10-spot bike rack for those who prefer to bike. Please bring a lock for your bike’s security.

Parking Information

Several options are available just steps away from the theatre.

  • Street Parking: Free one-, two-, and three-hour parking is available throughout downtown. It is enforced from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no enforcement on weekends or city-observed holidays. (medfordoregon.gov)

  • Parking Garages:

    • Middleford Garage: 2 hours of free parking.

    • Evergreen Garage: 3 hours of free parking.

  • Parking Lots: Additional parking lots operated by the City are available nearby. For more details, visit City of Medford Downtown Parking.

We recommend arriving a little early to find parking.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available and should be requested at the time of purchase. All guests — including companions, caregivers, and assistants — must have a valid ticket for entry.

Unsold accessible and companion seats may be released to the general public only if:

​

  1. All non-accessible seats are sold out,

  2. All non-accessible seats in the same area are sold out, or

  3. All non-accessible seats in the same price category are sold out.

While You Are Here

Concessions

Indulge in a variety of treats while you enjoy the show. For most events, concessions are available in both lobbies of the theatre. From freshly popped popcorn and signature candy to soft drinks, there's something for everyone.

Alcoholic beverages will also be available at most events.

Alcohol & ID Policy 
  • We card everyone who appears under 30.

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

  • Please drink responsibly and enjoy the show.

Security & Bag Checks

For everyone’s safety, all guests will pass through a security screening upon entry. Our friendly team will conduct bag checks, including purses, backpacks, and other personal items.

  • All carry-in items are subject to inspection.

  • Prohibited items may be confiscated.

  • No outside food or beverages 

  • No smoking, vaping or e-cigarette use

  • No video equipment, tripods, or selfie sticks

  • No illegal drugs or marijuana in any form

  • No weapons of any kind

  • No pets (service animals permitted as required by law)

  • No fireworks

  • No large bags or backpacks (must fit under seat) 

  • No coolers, glass, or cans

  • No musical instruments

  • No laser pointers

Management reserves the right (at its discretion) to remove patrons from the theater for disruptive behavior and/or public ntoxication. â€‹â€‹

Theatre Etiquette

We want your audience experience the best possible, so please:

  • Silence your mobile devices before the  performance.

  • Follow event guidelines for any restrictions on photography or video recording.

  • Be mindful of your fellow audience members by keeping distractions and noise to a minimum.

Dress & Comfort

While there’s no formal dress code, we suggest layering your clothing, as the 1,000-seat theatre can have varying temperatures in different areas. This will ensure you're comfortable no matter where you're seated.

Ticket Exchanges

We understand that plans can change. While standard tickets are non-refundable, certain Holly Theatre membership levels offer ticket exchange privileges.

Q: When do doors open for events?


A: Doors typically open one hour prior to showtime. Be sure to check your ticket for exact details.

Q: Can I bring food and drinks from outside the theatre?


A: Outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, we have a variety of concessions available for purchase inside.

Q: Are tickets refundable?


A: Tickets are non-refundable, but select membership levels offer the ability to exchange or refund tickets. Learn more here.

Q: Where should I store my coat or bag?


A: All personal items must be stored under or at your seat. We do not offer a coat check or storage for personal belongings. We encourage guests to leave unnecessary items at home or securely in their vehicle.
